The sales events attracted interested buyers, members of the media and scores of realtors and brokers to Nature Trail. More than $10,000 in free editorial coverage was garnered from publicity surrounding the events, including a front page news story and a positive editorial in the area’s largest daily newspaper, as well as magazine and newspaper coverage in a number of other publications. In addition, Nature Trail received mentions in Florida Trend magazine and in the national magazine, Green Builder. Eventually, the sales website was converted to a Homeowners Association (HOA) website, and Nature Trail is considered a Northwest Florida real estate success story, a testament to the vision of its development and design teams.
