Accounting manager Harissa is the serene, positive force of the agency who handles all things financial. She overcame great challenges after leaving her home in Haiti following the devastating 2010 earthquake. Harissa obtained a bachelors degree in accounting and finance from the University of West Florida, with one semester of study in Hong Kong. The daughter of an accountant, she also speaks four languages
FREDDIE HAYDN-SLATER
As account director, Freddie is responsible for client relationships from beginning to end. He is an organized task-master who relocated to the US from London after graduating from the University of Manchester. Before joining Ideawörks, Freddie worked for the largest public relations agency in the world, on accounts such as Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Mars Wrigley Confectionery, Xbox, Heineken, Radisson Blue Edwardian Hotels and others.
CARON SJOBERG
The founder of Ideaworks, Caron is a certified public relations counselor who has been winning awards for marketing, PR and design for more than 35 years. She is a former creative director for Baptist Health Care, and senior VP of operations and marketing for Network Paging and Network Telephone. She holds four “Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies” awards and was named Pensacola Bay Area Business Leader of the Year in 2011. Caron also founded T-Wire Corp. and the Goodworks Foundation.
CHEWIE
As the official office greeter, Chewie is happy to be a part of every meeting and conference call, though she spends much of the day sleeping in the in-box atop the desk of the CEO. Chewie is a peek-a-poo who joined the office team at a mere one and a half pounds of fluff. Her responsibilities include picking up her mini tennis balls (epic fail) and attempting to harass the feral cats who call Ideawörks home. Many clients ask for her by name.
